If you have come across a situation wherein you tried to study topic(s) from a course or text book of a specific course subject but then as you even entered the index then it did not make immediate connect to you in terms of chapters it listed . Or as you ‘started reading any topic from the book’ than you lost your way in the data given in topic. This happens because of one or more of several reasons like :

[a] the topic was having large amount of content & you didn’t know how to keep that content in mind OR

[b] there were times when a large part of content provided seemed as to why it was being told in teh particular topic when it was not a part of the respective topic OR

[c] You felt like referring back to a topics content in order to revise the topic but couldn’t do so as all content was in paragraph format , so referencing back to any part of the topic required reading it again

If you relate to any of these situations that were encountered during studying of your biology book then this blog shows through examples , as to the fact that topics can actually have data presented on them in a very ‘ordered’ manner which makes it interesting to study the topic & at the same time allow for easy ‘referencing back in times of revision of the topic’ . Also each topic needs to be limited to a certain amount of data in order for a learner to keep the size of topic to a understandable limit.
